RHS Resin Barrel Heaters
Barrel heaters are often used as a low cost and simple means of heating liquids is drums. These units are thermostatically controlled and can control temperature within 10 to 15 degrees of set point. Consideration must be given to the fact that this heating is localized so the utmost is resin temperature control will not be attained.

RHS Immersion Heaters
Immersion heaters offer the advantage of more intimate contact between the heating element and the liquid being heated. Greater convection heating occurs providing more consistent resin temperature in the barrel. Temperatures are controlled within the barrel within 5 to 10 degrees of set point.

RHS-1 Option
This option provides a tube style circulation heaters. Each 6-KW unit has a dedicated thermostat control mounted to the heater body. No over-temperature provisions are included. Accuracy is ±10°F. This system will require a recirculating resin supply to ensure that temperatures are consistent while not overheating an isolated portion of the resin. Units available in multiple voltages and power ratings. 

RHS-2 Option
This option provides a complete resin heating system for two resins. Programmable temperature controllers monitor the temperature of each resin and, via a P.I.D. algorithm, control the power supplied to each heating chamber. Each controller provides LED displays of the process temperature. Emergency over-temperature protection is also included for each resin. Accuracy is ±3°F. This system will require a recirculating resin supply to ensure that temperatures are consistent while not overheating an isolated portion of the resin. Available in 240 or 480 V 3 Phase power.
